Dawn M. Maguire has been practicing bankruptcy law since 2000 and is of Counsel to the Firm. Her practice focuses on representing Chapter 7 Trustees in the Phoenix area. Dawn is a member of the State Bar of Arizona: Bankruptcy Section, Arizona Bankruptcy American Inn of Court: Master, National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, and the Bankruptcy Trustee Arizona Association. She was awarded the incredible Hon. Daniel P. Collins Mentorship Award by the Arizona Bankruptcy American Inn of Court for her outstanding mentorship during the 2019-2020 Inn year. Dawn is the seventh recipient of this prestigious award.
Dawn also now serves as a Subchapter V Trustee.
In addition, she is a participant in numerous children’s charities, and organizations mainly focused on finding a cure for various forms of cancer.
